Appointment Information

Your First Appointment

Your first appointment is a great opportunity for you to meet our friendly dental team and to become familiar with our comfortable and relaxing dental practice. It is vital for us to know the names of any prescription medications currently being used and any health conditions that could affect your treatment. Our top priority is always your safety, so we provide a New Patient form for you to fill out on arrival which doesn’t take long.

Your first appointment will include a comprehensive examination so we can thoroughly assess your dental health and we will almost certainly need to take x-rays. Once your examination is completed, our dentist will sit with you to discuss their findings. If you need any treatment, we will provide a personalised plan showing all possible options, each of which will be fully explained by our dentist. We do encourage questions, so please do ask us if there is something you would like to know about your dental health or if there is something you don’t quite understand about your treatment.

Emergency Dentist Cronulla

Being in pain or discomfort due to a dental emergency is never pleasant, which is why we always go out of our way to help our patients as soon as possible. If you have any sort of dental emergency then please contact us. We are open from 9:30am to 8:30pm on Mondays and Thursdays, Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Our aim is for patients to be able to enjoy easy access to emergency dental care when they need it.

We can offer immediate advice on how to deal with any dental emergency over the phone and will make every effort to fit you in to see a dentist on the same day. Your initial appointment will allow us to diagnose the problem. We may even be able to provide immediate treatment to relieve pain and to get you feeling more comfortable. You will probably need to return at a later date for follow-up treatment.

Some emergencies require fast action. If you knock out a tooth then it might be possible to re-insert it, within the first half an hour to an hour after the accident so it is important to seek professional dental care without delay. If you develop a fever, feel unwell or have facial swelling due to toothache, contact us straightaway or go to the emergency room, as you could have a serious infection that may affect your general health.
